Three Wooden Crosses (3WC) Cowboy Church invites you to participate in Ranch Kids Camp 2025! Ranch Kids Camp gives kids ages 10-18 a chance to learn about and experience everyday aspects of working a successful ranch, and how to get closer to the Lord while you do it. They will be horseback sorting and learning horsemanship. Those who are ready, will learn to safely handle a rope from their steed and learn about roping, tying, and doctoring live cattle. Friday night they'll see the inner workings of beef cattle and get insights to the how's and why's of the industry. Saturday they will rotate through stations to experience Ranch work first-hand. Sunday brings a great message from our pastor, a potluck lunch, and a Ranch Demonstration where teams of kiddos divide up and show their family and friends the diverse set of skills they've learned. We encourage you to come watch; this will not be your standard rodeo!
Camp details: -Camp dates: October 17-19 -Registration opens July 1 -Registration ends Oct 1st -Campers must be between the ages of 10-18 by October 1 to participate -Maximum of 50 campers, with a cap of 25 on male/female by space

*NEW THIS YEAR* Full payment required with completed registration, to secure camper's spot, no later than October 1st. Spots will be filled as payment is received. -Camp cost: $150/camper. -Early registration discount of $10 per household if registration and full payment are made by August 31st, 2025 - Discount of $30 off per additional sibling camper in household (ie-$270 for 2 kids, $390 for 3) -Following completed registration, payment can be made via check, PayPal, or Venmo. ***Important Info*** -Riding experience is not required to participate but is required to be horseback during camp. -We WILL have plenty to do for campers who won't be horseback, although some of it will be watching. -No roping experience is required; we will start at the beginning. -Well-broke horses are a must for this camp. -Please no green-broke or problem horses. -Coggins is required for ALL horses. -We have very limited access to good solid horses to lend, so plan on finding a good one to borrow if you don't have one, or yours isn't suitable.
